Our incentive:  Buy 1 Christian themed gift basket from our Christian line priced $49 or more and enjoy a $5.00 off your gift purchase.   All you do is apply "NewCustomer" discount code in discount code when checking out.  $5.00 will be deducted from your order automatically.   Please note Shipping fees are not included in gift cost for purposes of reaching minimum purchase.
 
 
Email Order We understand that you don't want to provide credit card information on the internet.  To email Order, After you decide on a gift, select  Email Order Icon or use your own email program and send order to bjmelton@ptd.net.  Please provide the following information:
 
Gift Basket Name, Size and Price
Recipients Name, Address and Phone Number
Your card message and signature
Shipping Method and Desired delivery date
Any special instructions or requests
Your name, billing address, and  phone number

Upon receipt of order, we will call you to confirm order and obtain payment information.  Do not include credit card details in your email as it is not secure.
 
 
On Line Ordering  Blessings In A Basket offers secure on line ordering, and it's simple and safe to use!  How Does It Work?   Just browse our on-line store, and when you see an item you would like to buy, add the item to your shopping cart,  then continue shopping or check out.  You can send the same gift to multiple addressees or choose another gift for a different recipient, providing respective addressees when checking out.   When ready to check out, click checkout option.  
Enter Login information or register for an account.  Assign shipping options, complete gift cards, enter payment information (credit card) and submit the order - You will receive a confirmation email with order details. 
 
Bulk Orders  For volume orders (10 or more gifts) and some custom orders, please place orders 1 - 2  weeks in advance of the event or desired delivery date to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

A customer care representative will be happy to speak with you.  If you get our voice mail, please leave your name and telephone number and a brief message and we'll return your call shortly. 

Payment  Blessings In A Basket accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

NJ Sales Tax  Orders shipping to NJ are assessed a 7% Sales Tax.

Desired Delivery Date   We will make every effort to accommodate your desired delivery date.  We offer reliable shipping services that we have come to trust.  However occasionally unforeseeable events may cause gift to arrive a day early or late.  All we ask is that you choose a shipping method that enables us to deliver your gift to the recipient by your desired delivery date.  If you are shipping to the Midwest or West Coast and  want your gift to arrive within a few days, you should consider USPS priority or express services.  If the shipping method you select doesn't compliment your desired delivery date, we will notify you by email offering you an opportunity to upgrade to priority or express service as well as provide you with estimated price difference.  However, unless we hear back from you before gift is scheduled to ship, we will ship by the chosen shipping method.

Shipping  We offer several delivery options including UPS Select, Express and UPS Ground Shipping and USPS Express and Priority Service to residential and business addresses.

 USPS priority and express and UPS express Orders placed before 11:30a.m.  EST ship same day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. EST ship in the same manner on the next business day. UPS ground orders ship in 1 - 2 business days.  We will make every effort to ship your gift on the day of order if this will accommodate your desired delivery date.  However priority and express orders placed before 11:30 a.m. EST have priority. 

USPS Priority and Express Services  Now we offer delivery of packages in an average of 2 to 3 days to all continental US addresses via USPS priority service. USPS delivers to every address in the United States, including PO Boxes and military addresses. Orders received Monday through Friday requesting this service ship Monday through Saturday. Also, Saturday and residential deliveries are made at no extra cost. All packages are insured. Unlike UPS, however, USPS does not guarantee delivery within the specified time for priority service, only for express service.
 

Please note that shipping days are business days and do not include weekends and some holidays.  UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. In addition, the guarantee applies to shipments from Puerto Rico to the 48 contiguous states (see Terms and Conditions for details). For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator and use 08848 as the zip code of origin. If you need your gift to arrive more timely. UPS and USPS Express and Select Services are available to Domestic and International addresses. 

We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES  Shipping and handling fees are automatically assessed when you place your order and will appear on your receipt.    Why are our shipping fees so high?  Our Gift baskets are generally very large and packaged in sturdy boxes with recyclable packing material to ensure safe and timely arrival.  Our shipping costs are provided real time by the carrier and usually match our actual shipping costs. If we determine that the carrier has assessed shipping costs above our actual costs, we will adjust same upon receipt of order. 

FREE SHIPPING
We offer UPS ground shipping free of charge on select gift baskets.  To enjoy free shipping order must be placed online.   Telephone orders do not qualify.  In addition, we do not ship free of charge to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories, PO boxes, FPO and APO addresses. 

Address Information  Please verify shipping information as UPS assesses a  surcharge of $8.00+ for incorrect or incomplete information such as wrong street number, omitted suite or apt #, omitted street extensions i.e. N.W, etc.  We have to pass any such surcharge on to you should we receive same.  They will appear on your bill about a week subsequent to your order since this is how long it takes us to find out about assessment.  Incorrect addresses may result in return of gift as well.  Shipping charges are not refundable and a restocking fee ranging from 25% to 75% depending on perishability of product is assessed.    We will reship gift for an additional fee as well.

Global Delivery Services available via Federal Express, UPS or United States Postal Service.  Upon receipt of order, we will email to you several shipping options from which to choose and await e-mail confirmation from you as to how you would like your gift delivered.  Please note that should a gift be refused entry into any country and returned to Blessings In A Basket for any reason, shipping costs are not refundable.   Upon return of gift, we will credit your account less shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.  No refund will be given until and unless package is returned

In addition first time customers must pay for International orders with a certified or bank guaranteed check in advance of shipment. Repeat customers may pay by credit card.

Item Shortage  In the event of a shortage of a particular item, Blessings In A Basket reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value without notice.

Our Guarantee  We want you and those on your gift list to be happy with your gift basket!  So, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your gift selection, you may return your selection.

Returns  Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of gift and request our EZ  Return Form.  In order to receive an exchange or refund, return form must be completed and returned to us via email within one week of receiving form.

Please carefully repack gift in the same box with the entire gift contents generally in the same condition as it was received.  We will have UPS pick up shipment at your expense or you may choose an alternate shipping method to return gift.

Upon our receipt of package and after a careful and thorough inspection, we will provide you with an exchange or refund, less original shipping fees if applicable, return fees, and any costs associated with damaged, unreturned, used or soiled portion of gift.  If you have any questions, please call us at (908) 752.2600. 

No refunds are available for Custom designs, custom orders or special orders including bulk orders (more than 10 gifts.   Only a store credit will be issued less original shipping fees if applicable, return fees and a 35% restock fee, and any costs associated with damaged, unreturned, used or soiled portion of gift
 

 Privacy Policy   Except for billing and shipping purposes, Blessings In A Basket will not distribute any information collected from you to anyone else under any circumstance.
